DPS is an additional PCB which enables flow control process by converting our on/off electric actuators into a control valve positioners.
This is a module with a microprocessor which digitally manages analogical input and output signals and continually compare them with the actuator position. This permanent data check ensures a high sensitivity of the device and high repeatability of the position.
DPS enables to manage a valve with analogic signal 0 - 10V or 4 - 20mA for many field of application as dosing, flow regulation, filling or mixtures...
DPS is factory mounted and set, but it can be added on any actuator already in use.
SAFETY BLOCK (BATTERY BACKUP)

The safety block is an automatic device which can be integrated into the actuator. It is composed of a battery pack and a PCB which ensure the return to the predetermined position (NC or NO) in case of power cut. This is not a single acting actuator but it follows the same principle.
BSR can ensure many operations in case of power cut. However, this option must be used as a safety device and not as a standard open/close operation. It is also recommended to permanently leave the actuator power on, in order to preserve its lifespan and the battery efficiency.
BSR is factory mounted and set, but it can be added on any actuator already in use.
